There are many factors that will affect the price of the facility rental. Some of these include time of year, number of guests, type of event and rental frequency. Please have this information ready when you call. We have special rates available for non-profits, schools and corporations, and we can currently accommodate up to 300 guests

Rental Fee includes all of the following:

• Tables and chairs 
• One time Setup of tables and chairs
• Cleanup included
• Rental time 8 am to midnight
• Pavilion-can be used for ceremony
• Ballroom
• Large Bride's Room
• Groom's Room
• Multiple bathrooms
• Commercial Kitchen with ice maker
• Sound system with projection screen and PA
• LED color and ambient lighting

We also have beautiful decorations you can choose from that are included in the rental fee!

You can bring outside food and alcohol.

We have a list of caterers to help you with your event.
